Directions to the Challenge Aspen office

Coming from Aspen or Denver/Glenwood Springs~ You will be on Hwy 82 heading toward Brush Creek Rd; the road that takes you up to Snowmass Village. If you are coming from Glenwood Springs, you will take a Right at the light onto Brush Creek Rd. If you are coming from Aspen, you will take a Left at the light onto Brush Creek Rd. Follow Brush Creek Rd. for approx. 6 miles until you reach Snowmelt Rd; which takes you up to the Snowmass Village Mall.   Take a Left onto Snowmelt Rd. (across from the only gas station (Conoco) in Snowmass Village.)  Follow Snowmelt Rd. up to the right, and follow signs to the Mall.  Park in lot # 6 (60 or 90 minute parking) and walk into the mall.  You will see Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the Challenge Aspen office is located above it, next to Zanes tavern. Follow signs for the elevator. 

Checking in

The Challenge Aspen office is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.  The office telephone # is 970-923-0578.  If you wish to check in to the office the day before your lesson plan starts (rent ski equipment, purchase lesson tickets or lift tickets, etc.), you may do so.  Please remember that the office can become pretty busy at certain times of the day, and patience is highly appreciated.  To rent ski equipment, Challenge Aspen will either hand you an authorized voucher to bring down to Aspen Sports (located on the mall) or direct you to where you should go.  This applies only to the person with a disability, who has made prior reservations with us.  Challenge Aspen lesson and lift tickets are handled in the Private Lesson Lounge (located on the mall), and Challenge Aspen can authorize you to purchase your tickets one (1) day before your lesson starts.  You are able to purchase multi-day lesson and lift tickets, although you must tell us upon arrival so that we can authorize this down to the Private Lesson Lounge. 

If you do not chose to check in the day before, please arrive 15 minutes before your lesson is scheduled to start, to guarantee adequate time for the lesson.
