history

Established in 2002, the support of National Council and Founders' Circle members helps Challenge Aspen continue our year-round programs with children and adults with disabilities.  In addition, as ambassadors for Challenge Aspen, members help to increase understanding of our mission locally and nationally and help shape the future of our organization.

Founders' Circle Lifetime Membership - $25,000 per year for 3 years

Time and again, we are privileged to witness results that are nothing short of miraculous. Participants, their family members, and their friends return home with experiences that will make a profound difference in their lives along with memories that will last a lifetime.

These miracles and memories are made possible by the financial assistance that Challenge Aspen’s supporters so generously provide. Please help us continue to offer outstanding recreational and cultural experiences . . . and create possibilities for the human spirit not only to endure, but to soar!

Not only do the individuals with disabilities benefit from participation, but their families and friends consequently benefit as well.  When a father, for example, is able to ski with his son who has never walked, it not only adds a whole new dimension of enjoyment to their relationship, but it also opens up a whole new dimension of possibilities.  From their shared experiences with Challenge Aspen, the families of the disabled individuals learn to relate to each other in new ways.  All of the family members are nurtured and strengthened.
