Challenge Aspen does not rent, sell or exchange our mailing lists or any information submitted through our website. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the manner in which your information is collected and used. This information is available on every page of our website where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
change and cancellation policy for camps:
Due to the limited number of Challenge Aspen instructors and volunteers, and the demand for our specialized services, scheduled lesson and volunteer cancellations may cause participants on our waiting list to miss the opportunity to receive a lesson or volunteer. Therefore, Challenge Aspen has instituted the following policy for changes, cancellations, or failure to appear:
changes or cancellations – camps
• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the camp start date are nonrefundable for the full camp payment.
• Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to the camp start date are fully refundable minus the $100 deposit.
change and cancellation policy for ski/snowboard lessons and scheduled volunteeer/buddies:
Due to the limited number of Challenge Aspen instructors and volunteers, and the demand for our specialized services, scheduled lesson and volunteer cancellations may cause participants on our waiting list to miss the opportunity to receive a lesson or volunteer. Therefore, Challenge Aspen has instituted the following policy for changes, cancellations, or failure to appear:
changes or cancellations – scheduled lessons
• A fee of $100 will be charged if the participant CANCELS or CHANGES his or her lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson start time.
• A fee equal to the daily lesson rate ($115 for half day or $185 for full day) will be charged if the participant fails to appear for his or her lesson.
• No fee will be charged if the participant cancels or changes his or her lesson with advanced notice of 24 hours or more.
changes or cancellations – scheduled volunteer/buddy
• A fee of $25 (regardless of whether the reservation was a half or full day) will be charged if the participant CANCELS or CHANGES his or her reservation within 24 hours of the
scheduled start time.
• A fee of $25 (regardless of whether the reservation was a half or full day) will be charged if the participant fails to appear for his or her scheduled reservation.
• No fee will be charged if the participant cancels or changes his or her reservation with advanced notice of 24 hours or more.
cancellation policies for special events/fundraising
Each of Challenge Aspen's special events has unique registration requirements for participation in the event. Due to the many differing elements that make up our events, all registration and/or sponsorship cancellations will be posted to the individual special event page and outlined in the registration materials for that event.
